Payment, Returns and Refunds

Tuscany Spa Salon accepts personal checks, cash and all major credit cards.

Please note there is a $35 fee for returned checks.

If you wish to add gratuity to a credit card, please notify us at the time of payment.


All prices are subject to change without notice.


Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

If you have concerns regarding any service, please contact us within three days so we may correct any issues.

A "redo" service must be completed within seven days of original service to qualify.


We are always open to your suggestions for ways we can better serve you.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made by phone or email. You may also conveniently schedule an appointment online.

We highly recommend setting up your future appointment prior to leaving, to ensure you receive the service provider and timing you prefer.

You will also earn Tuscany Rewards Points for doing so! Our wonderful Guest Services Team will help you schedule.


Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to ensure your services run smoothly as possible. If you are receiving spa services, such as a massage or facial, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. This will allow the needed time to fill out or update a personal health or skin care form and change into the appropriate spa attire (provided by Tuscany).


We cannot guarantee services for late arrivals. Our Guest Services Team will reach you if you are more than 15 minutes late to help you reschedule.


If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours in advance. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Tuscany Spa Salon will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment in a timely and satisfactory manner.


If at any time you feel like you need a change in service provider or need a fresh perspective, please let us know.
