"I love being a licensed massage therapist because it allows me to practice an ancient healing art which has a very strong artistic and intuitive nature to it. 

I love the body and how the body is always changing. I love listening to the insights the body gives and sharing/confirming with my clients so that they can begin to foster a relationship with their own body which empowers them to heal. My ultimate goal is for the client to get to optimal health! 

I also love being able just to listen to my clients – sometimes an open heart , combined with a nurturing touch, and a  relaxing environment is all a person needs in order to live a creative, happy, and fulfilling life.  I’m grateful that my clients allow me to be a healing vessel in their lives!"

“I take great pride in creating a welcoming sacred space along with a nurturing touch.  I’m extremely intuitive which facilitates a deep connection to spirit and soul for my clients during my massages.  I enjoy assisting my clients through intention and a universal source of love to bring balance and health into their mind, body, and spirit. 

I have a diverse variety of skills, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki.  I love educating and helping my clients to decide which therapy would work best for them and their situation. I listen to what their needs are and I always customize each session according to those needs. I work with a deep respect and integrity in every session.
